EPC Contracting Issues in the Oil & Gas Industry

On Monday, November 2, 2015, K&L Gates and Marsh hosted over 100 industry representatives for a complimentary one-day seminar which covered EPC contracting issues relevant to companies in the oil and gas industry. During the seminar our panelists discussed important topics from both a legal and risk management perspective. The seminar closed with a roundtable discussion featuring leaders in the oil and gas industry.
